You can introduce dhal water, fruit purees like avacado, apple, sweet potato, peas, mashed potatoes, carrots. Then slowly introduce to dhaliya, kichidi, soups, juices, in a lil mashed form. Chk our app for recipes for weaning you have plenty of information.
