Upto 6 months only BM or FM is advisable than slowly you can start with fruits. Give mash form of nuts with milk, include ginger, garlic and turmeric in daily food. Lemon juice and Tulsi is also good for immunity. If your child is 2yrs or older and a fussy eater then you can also opt for health drinks like PediaSure or Horlicks.
