What's on your plate?
When it comes to giving good food, healthy and tasty we end up thinking a million times what to cook?
I have made it a point very early in the beginning of giving her food solids - she must eat it all!!
Have been giving her full course meal including Rice/Chapati seasonal veggies and lentils always.
Never be cocky when kids say - I don't like this, try the same veggie in different ways definitely they gonna like it.
I often tell my friends-  "If kid is not eating well, the problem is in our apporach, and not the other way around"... (exceptions accepted)

Agree totally... yes there are exceptions... I am currently going through that phase only of no veggies but there are several ways to develop interest in food and I usually serve what kids demand in this phase with a twist of nutrition rich food..
