Wheal ladoo
Ingredients
Dry roast or fry in ghee
1/2 cup Almond
1/4 cup Cashew
1/4 cup Walnuts
1/4 cup Pistachios
1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1 Tbsp Flax Seeds

Method
--In kadhai heat ghee, fry edible Gum.
--In kadhai add 2.5 cup ghee , 3 cup oatmeal, 1 cup Multigrain flour. Roast for little brown color.
--Blend roasted nut mix from step 1 & mix in kadhai (oatmeal & wheat flour)
--Blend 1/2 cup Fennel Seeds (saunf), 1/4 cup fenugreek Seeds (Dana Methi) into powder form. Mix in kadhai with other ingredients.
--Add 1/2 cup dessicated Coconut Powder
--Add 2 Tbsp roasted sesame seeds, fried edible Gum, raisin & dry berries (optional).
--In a pan Add jaggery(adjust quantity as per taste) plus ghee, make syrup.
--Mix jaggery syrup in kadhai with all ingredients and make laddu or eat like panjiri.
