Better to take charge in ur hands..can we reply back to someone if their comment hurt us, can we explain them each and every time we feel offended, can we talk to them about the effect their observation is having on us. We have to speak and speak loud and clear for people to know what we can tolerate and what is a complete no. Until we take charge nothing's gonna change. Instead of getting hurt and angry, push ur point across to such people.
