When I first came to know that I was pregnant I had a rush of so many emotions and thought that I was constantly thinking about it all the while. I had a mixed bag of emotions. Happy that I am going to be blessed with a baby but at the same time was worried with the baggage that pregnancy carried with it morning sickness.
From very beginning this was one thing that I was scared the most as I thought that if I constantly vomit I would not be able to give my child right nutrition. This is when my mother played her role and guided with so many things during this period to make my journey stress free and enjoyable. She gave me three very important and easy tricks to fight with this.
👍Eat less and often - She advice to eat smaller portions but frequent so that the stomach remains busy. Morning sickness can be avoided if you have few almonds or nuts as soon as you wake up. Have them while being in your comfort and then start with your day. This tip was so helpful and worked great.
👍Hydrate yourself- Drink plenty of water so that your body is completely hydrated during this time. It even helps in proper development of the baby.
👍 Rest- Take small breaks while doing work to give your body rest as the body is dually working it needs rest and break to perform its function well and keep you active throughout the day.
These tips were really helpful for me. Do comment below if you followed any of this tip or any other way you beat morning sickness. #babychakraapp #bbcreatorslcub #allaboutpregnancy #allaboutmomandbaby #morningsickness #littlehardikjourney #beyou _harshita #tipsforpregnantwoman #tipsformoms
