When I vl loose my weight from tummy I still look 7 months pregnant my baby is today 30 days old ....I had c sec .but I'm not doing my exercise coz of pain in stitches ..kindly suggest proper exercise and diet to reduce fat from tummy ...

You can do some light exercises but after 3 months of delivery. Also ask your doctor about mamaearth stress relief tea. It is natural and helps in weight loss and builds immunity. When you stop breastfeeding then you can take mamaearth apple cider vinegar also.

It will take little time. You start with; little walk but it's better to wait atleast 8 -12 weeks. It take time to <u>heal</u> internal stitches and shrinking of uterus. By that time keep clam and bf; your baby. It's bruns lot of calories.

Dear it ll go over time. Exclusively breast feed ur baby as it helps a lot in regression of the uterus into the pelvis and to shed a lot of weight as well. <br>
After 6 months u can start into dieting and rigourous excersiceing. For now nust do some post partum yoga for the back and legs. And keep ur diet healthy and adequate for lactation.

You should wait to start execise bcoz after c section body needs time to get back to normal situation.After that u should start some exercise n eat healthy food as ur baby needs feed n breastfeeding helps u a lot to reduce ur weight
