When my little one was 4-6 week old she was having something like small white dot we thought it was tooth. But then it went away by itself. Now again when she was in her 5 month similar thing again happen this time milky white dot was bigger in size nd look like tooth nd yesterday when i was feeding her nothing was there. Any suggestion. Is it teething or something else?
