When one gets pregnant this thought always crosses your mind at the early stage or later .Here is a tip which one can follow which I followed and I successfully have comparatively less strach marks hope it helps someone in need .💁 My background story-I always had strech marks on my thighs as a teenager so when I got pregnant I wanted to try my level best that I tried to prevent them or handle them in a better way . How I handle these stripes? 🤷🏻
▶️I developed a routine of
3 M (3 massages)
Yes I use to massage my tummy 3 times in a day .
▶️From day 1 of your pregnancy phase develop a routine for eg .
🔅 Morning - MUSTARD OIL
You can take any brand you like which is organic and massage for atleast 5 mints. 🔅 Afternoon -ALOVERA GEL
Again for this you can take of any brand you like or if possible natural alovera gel . 🔅 Evening -COCOUNUT OIL
Take any brand of your choice mix it with vit E and apply it on your belly . Note -
1) Brand can be any it's best if you choose organic and local .
2)Massage it like you are actually massaging a client or someone you care .
3)If you have dry skin make sure to always keep your belly mosturized .
4)Incase if you are in a hurry and don't have much time simply apply Mositurizer in good amount . 🧏This was my routine and it helped me a lot different people have different body one can always try to reduce them .
Even if you have them one should be proud to have them afterall these stripes tell about a beautiful journey of giving brith to a life.
