When should we try yoga excercise during pregnancy i mean in which month?

If it's your first time in doing yoga then please do it under someone's supervision.. if not then you can try all the comfortable ( which won't put pressure) asanas.. do kegel exercise too.. it's good helps strengthen the muscles down there.. helsp you during labour and delivery..
