Hi ideally after 6 months, however you can start walking after 3 months.

Atleast 6 months you need to wait to recover .. breastfeeding also helps lose weight so hope you are exclusively breastfeeding.. take good and healthy food..

After 6 months with light exercise like walking, after 1yr you can do any exercise of lifting/yoga/diet..!
