keep repeating so she has enuf practice . n practise makes perfect u know that .

wen she is sleepy (the time she is usually sleeps) lay her down calmly , slowly pat her til she feels drowsy then let her sleep. after some days she will sleep herself as she already wants to sleep without ur help.

ur baby actually wants to sleep without the milk n thats a good thing encourage her to fall asleep without milk n she will soon sleep well at night .u have a smart sleeper

whenever my baby feels sleepy she start refusing milk and cry alot.Feeling helpless what shall  i do to put her sleep
