Sitting will happen when his spine is strong enough. Let it take its own time. You can encourage crawling by putting his toy far enough from his reach but close enough for him to eventually reach it. Don't rush these milestones. His body will do it as soon as he is ready :) you can also do the rolling activities!

7 months old boy! He must be sitting on his own, rolling around, and grabbing things. Use this to his advantage. Play games where he has to crawl to grab his favorite toy or roll to the other side to get his toy. You can also give him a rattle to shake. Have fun playing! @6373c08908ae34001598f61c
