Which company oats should I give to my 7month baby... plz do reply... n with which content I should give milk or water
Go for rolled or steel cuts oats, don't give Instant oats as it's processed. I use quaker rolled oats, saute oats in ghee till aroma comes and add water n cook at the end add little milk, you can also add nuts powder ( for giving nuts you have to do allergy test first, offer nuts powder little in the morning and look for rashes any).
