I use a regular one... as sometimes pant style is mess while changing if baby is sleeping... you can go fir new born diapers if baby's weight is under 5 kgs.

i prefer  diapers coz its easy to roll after use and dispose off.in pant style its hassle to dispose properly

usually pant style is better and convenient.
