Everything that the family has..less of oil and spice..you need to include all food groups.. water and adequate roughage to the child's diet.. meaning carbs, proteins, minerals, vitamins, even little Fats..so whole wheat bread, rice, wheat, all pulses, fruits and veggies, if non Vegetarian then eggs, fish etc is good..also include nuts, dates, milk products..
