All fruits in moderation is fine. Avoid mangoes, papaya, pineapple. These fruits are heat generating ones. not good during first trimester.

U can take fruits but seasonal fruits jyada lijiye good for health n plum ,kiwi,citrus fruits b lijiye ,but should avoid papaya n pineapple

All fruits expect Papaya and pineapple.<br> Focus on calcium iron vitamin c rich foods. Try to have all colored and seasonal fruits also
