Which time is best to take calcium n iron tablets n how much difference between them ?

Hi always take iron in the morning after breakfast, take along with orange or lemon juice, vitamin c helps in absorbing the iron well. Calcium in the night.

take iron supplement after breakfast and calcium at night.. dont consume both together.
