I think painful ones as the body reacts to the antigen ~antibody reaction( no doubt painless ones too must be the similar )<br> But; I prefer it simple and normal way and the busy reacting to it gives the proof .

I guess each to its own. Painless vaccines are more expensive comparative to the normal ones. Honestly i dont see much a difference. U are still recommended some medication for pain and fever post the painless vaccines.
