while massaging my baby she got slight scratch on her upper portion of forehead and slight blood was visible. what i have do please suggest.
Clean it carefully with cotton and antiseptic. As mentioned by Piasley ensure you have short nails

I would suggest not have nails until baby is 1yr. for the babies scratch clean regularly with baby antiseptic and apply coconut oil, it ll go off soon.
