While proper nutrition is vital for healthy pregnancy , exercising ,yoga ,walking is equally important .
When pregnancy got many changes in life say it physical,social, emotional leading to fear, excitement and happiness, prenatal workouts played important role in handling those changes..
All thanks to proactive 9 ,Dr Isha jain and dr leena jain who had always been calm & helpful throughout my pregnancy journey,
i started my prenatal workout when i was in my 5 th month,
these sessions had so much more than just exercises,starting up with
meditation
breathing exercises
dance
stretches
many other asanas and exercises
finally ending up with positive affirmations
i always thought dancing in pregnancy is a strict No,but these sessions proved me wrong,
dancing with bump was the best time spent.
Speaking from my own experience
prenatal workout has helped me alot
In connecting with the growing baby inside.
It has made me feel emergized,strong,fexible, active.
It has helped me ease out the anxiety surrounding pregnancy.
It has provided me with many health benefits like reducing backache which was worst in the start of my 2 trimester,Rib pain,midnight calf cramps , swelling of feets .
Those positive affirmations helped to have positivity and connectivity with the baby.
