White liquid discharge happens whenever I standup up after sitting/sleeping for a while, I am 18 weeks pregnant. Is it normal ?

Yes it's normal till it's not giving you negative signs like as Rebecca mentioned above. Also, don't eat hot things like ginger and dry fruits.
