roast bread with ghee both side..nd chopped salad..<br>
bhaji method***<br>
first of all to make bhaji<br>
take chopped vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, potato, bringal, peace, etc.in a pressure cooker for 5 whistles( add salt in veg)... u can add beetroot too, if u like more red colour nd diffrnt taste)<br>
i hv not added here..<br>
then crush it very nicely<br>
now heat oil ( for 2 bowl mashed veges , take 1 cup oil)<br>
add finely chopped onions..saute it.2 min.<br>
add chopped tomatoes<br>
saute it.2 min.<br>
add ginger garlic paste..saute it.<br>
now add mashed vegetables..<br>
add haldi, mirchi powder, salt, pav bhaji masala and mix well<br>
again saute.when .oil is seeing free from sabji..its ready..<br>
garnish with coriender..<br>
