why curcumference shd be 60cm? is there will be any problm if it is less den 60?

The head circumference is always a range. So look at the range relevant to that age group. Also it is important that growth is as per the percentile so the head circumference should also grow as per the percentile of the baby. This will be possible for you to check on the chart given by the doctor and by plotting past figures to ensure that it is on the graph. You cannot have a baby at an exact measurement. Also this equates to 24 inches which seems to be a very inaccurate number.
