Kindly be more specific with your question. - where is the pain felt ? before during or after a feed ? how long does it last ? If the breast is full you would feel heavy but it should not feel like a sharp shooting pain.

hi aishwarya..<br> i think breast is full, so u r getting pain..after feeding baby express extra milk, and wash nipple with warm water..this will help..if it wont reduce thn once consult ur doc..
