Vaccination itself causes a mild fever and body discomfort. It introduces a virus in small quantity into the body which then helps the body to develop the antibodies. If the child is unwell then the immune system is already fighting another illness and hence adding more is not a good idea. It is best to wait till your little one recovers and then vaccinate as per schedule.
