Swelling of feet is due to the fluid retention and also a symptom of pre eclampsia.. drink more water, go for regular walks, keep a check on ypur BP and fetal movements, cut off baked fried and salty items , go for healthy protein diet, always sleep with foot end elevation and keep legs in warm salt water for atleast 10 to 15 mins twice a day.. make sure to check with your doctor..
