2 months baby has a blur vision all it can figure out is that something is moving... and by birth kids are music lovers..wud suggest u to use other music instruments to see her reaction.

Its normal....all kids are unique and have a liking towards things different from other kids.

they like to watch the movement of the fan! pls don't worry. instead of a rattle think of getting her the mobile toys that you hang over the head (i think they call them play gyms nowadays)
