Hi yes finding a good doctor is a difficult these days, but I would not blame only the doctors here. There are ladies who voluntarily ask for csection because they don't want to go through pain, there are cases where they will have no control over food during pregnancy and have big baby, still they will say normal delivery but its not possible. True those days normal delivery was more but so were infant death and mother's death, scan were not there so irrespective baby's position normal delivery was done and death happens, due to high stress given to the baby at the time of normal delivery many babies pass meconium(stool) which is fatal to the baby but these days everything is checked and addressed. NST test is done to check if there is any issues with the baby, at times aminionitic fluid decreases which is again fatal for the babies. All these things were not considered in ancient times. What is important is mom and baby's life, mode of delivery comes next. Both csection and normal delivery moms recover at the same time. Having said all this doctors should give their best for normal delivery and at the same time pregnant mothers should also cooperate.
