It's normal during pregnancy...have meals cooked in less oil and spice..avoid gassy foods....walk after meals..have plenty of water and fluids.. avoid constipation and lying down after having food..having roasted ajwain with warm water helps reduce gas and flautence..also include curd in diet during day <u>time</u>
