Blame it on the hormones. Mood swings, cravings etc are all a result of pregnancy hormones. You can find an activity that soothes u or calms u. indulge in the same, ask for support from family, discuss the reasons if required, else simple indulge into an activity that soothes u, may be Music, eating, drinking, reading or writing.

Hi it happens sometimes. so relax take rest eat healthy. listen to some good music read lots of books . remember everything u eat n ur mood effects ur baby so pls stay <u>positive</u> for urself n ur baby. next time u get angry start writing down wht u feeling this way u will vent out ur anger n will feel better. tc

dear it's due to change in harmones during pregnency and so there are mood swings, try to do things that u love...and eat healthy, keep away from sad thoughts , try to read some religious granth , it helps a <u>lot</u>

eysa hota h.. hormonal changes k wajah se.. relax karo.. aur apne aap ko engage rakho. sham ko bahar jao walk k liye. achi music suno.. aur kuch hobbies h toh wo karo..
