I have been raised in a home where we had just one male..my dad. He never made us feel less than boys and never wished of having a boy to take care of him in old age. He is proud having us and so are we having him. Home is the very first place where a woman should feel loved,cared,celebrated and empowered.

Seeing empowering girls and women around makes me feel..powerful. Today, we know that it is the key to economic growth, political stability, and social transformation. Talking about world leaders, experts and scholars they too are giving their voice to this critical endeavor. How far do you agree to this notion? What I feel is when women succeed, nations are more safe, secure and prosperous.
