#WorldMenstrualHygieneDay
So today is world menstrual hygiene day. Got me to think everything every girl, every woman goes through! What would happen in school, in college, at work, after marriage, etc etc etc Am sure everyone has a story!
So tell me:
a) how old were you when you got your first period?
b) who did you tell?
c) where were you when it happened?
d) what were you given to use then?
e) what do you prefer to use now?
f) what menstrual hygiene advice will you give to your daughter or any girl now that you wish you got/knew when you were younger?
g) do share any memorable/embarrassing/empowering incident from your past of yourself or anyone else that you still remember!
Am sharing my answers in the comments. And a story shall follow later on today...

A. 13 years<br> B. Mumma<br> C. It was early morning when I wake up and saw a stain on my night suit, I know what it was but I pretend as of I dont know anything to my mum.<br> D. Stay free pad<br> E. Whisper xl that's the best<br> F. Change pad frequently it will; keep that area dry so no itching or infections. There is nothing to hide about it, its normal it happens to <u>all.</u>We don't need to use code words or some code language to talk about it.
