1.do not skip meals

2.eat 5-6 small meals in a day with healthy snacks in between

3.eat breakfast like a king

e. g fruits, dryfruits, juice, milk, idili, dosa..

4.dieting is not a permanent solution

6.reduce the amount of oil, ghee, butter, sugar
