Worried about stretch marks during pregnancy and after delivery

During pregnancy:
Make sure you massage your tummy with pure coconut oil or the body lotion which you use daily. Take care not to scratch the tummy.
After pregnancy :

Mix gingelly oil with turmeric powder.

Apply generously over tummy before bath time.

Leave for about 5-10 minutes.

Wash off with regular soap or ubtan.
