wt I can I eat for snacks . Bec can't eat meals for everytime Nd i can't eat bakery products nor hotels.. Nd no one is here to make something in home for me.. I can't cook as I m not liking it all .  please say wt can I eat I get hunger very frequently.. after eating fruits Nd home made breakfast Nd lunch I need something different . please advice wt can I eat..

try poha, daalia, nuts, have some juice in between. you can have sandwich of butter   cheese or paneer in moderation. eggs are good source of protein. try boiled eggs, sprouts. i keep on munching pasta or Maggi that too home made but in moderation for last two days.

hi Riya you can snack on nuts , dry fruits  , boiled chana,  steamed sprouts.  store some laddoo,  chocolates etc.  kurmura is also a very healthy option.  shallow fry paneer add some chat masala or any other seasoning you like.  can have cheese sandwich  (slice or cubes not the soft cheese ) it's very easy and you can add veggies like tomato,  boiled potatoes etc.  also cheese helps to reduce acidity . avoid ready to eat and packaged items as they are high in salt and preservatives.

hey riya!try munching on crackers..you can have nuts like badam,pista,dried apricot,etc.you can hav soups,sandwiches,sprouts,salads and juices as well.boiled eggs,and soaked poha with grated coconut,jaggery,and cardamom powder are other options<u>.</u>
