โ Escape The Negativity and relax whenever you get Time :- Here Your Favourite Music , watch a Series in Netflix , Read A Book loud , Dance a Bit ๐ฅฐ . . โ Talk to Your Family and Call your some old Friends . โ Good sleep promotes a healthy immune response and a positive mood. . โ Play Games :- Board Games are best to Be played but if youโre alone ; you can play online games and invite your family and friends to play and you all can enjoy together . โ Reorganise your closets, your cooking utensil drawer, your bathroom cabinets etc . . โ Please , Get some fresh Air Daily & Exercise or Meditate . . โ Donโt Watch too much of Negative News as it brings a Negative impact and you will feel dull . .
