Fruity – Carry fruit hampers instead of sweet boxes while visiting friends and family. You stay healthy and make sure they stay healthy too. Sharing is caring – Share you bowl full of halva or Gulab jamun with someone you love instead of eating up the whole thing Go nuts – Pick the nuts instead of the sweets from the spread on the table Stay hydrated – drink lots of water and stay hydrated as it helps flush out the excess Baked not friend – prefer baked munchies over fried stuff Work out – Dont cheat on your workout. Walk an extra mile if you can.
