YES!! I had C -section delivery and NO !! I am not sorry for that .
"You must have not walked during your pregnancy that's why you had c- section"

💁I walked daily 10,00 steps healthy diet yoga

"Now you will never get back in shape "

💁Shilpa Shetty is a human like us and a yoga addicted person and she had c- section delivery and she is fit than most of the actress who had normal delivery.

💁I am sure you must be knowing many people who had c - section and are fit now .Yes it takes more efforts but it's not impossible.
💁"Now you will bedridden for days "

I started walking after 4 days and now I also I walk and do normal household work yes i have to take rest after every few hours but that's what one should do even after normal delivery because rest is very important for the first Inital months .
"Arrey bechari ka c -section hua hai "

Ajkal Kai bacche bhi na bas ............................
"Lucky for you yaar you didn't had to go through all that labour pain just close your eyes and boom here is your baby "

Dude but what about after pains ?????

( You might have heard something which meant the same )
So I; had a planned c - section (LSCS) because of some medical reasons and I didn't wanted to take risk with the health of; my baby; and No; I didn't do a crime by opting this way .I didn't fail my duties as lady and I don't deserve those pity looks .
I wish I knew in my pregnancy months that it's completely okay to have a c-section delivery so that I could be prepared both ways and instead of spending all my time hearing and reading about ways to have a natural delivery I should have also read-
How to prepare yourself for c -section delivery?

What happens in the 4 days after c -section delivery and to cope up with that ?

How to breast feed the baby which is the most important topic ?

Ways to increase your milk or ways to take out your milk after c- section?

How to take of yourself after c -section;
You might be thinking why should I ? I know I am going to have a normal delivery (the positive attitude)and why should I read about something which might not happen .
Even I use to think that because my reports were fine and despite being well educated I thought c -section as something as not normal and I am sorry for this thought.
Well the reasons are why you should see coin both ways; -

Pregnancy is like taking an adventure ride you never know what twists and turns you will see in it .

Believe it or not c-section has become the new;;normal and our mothers come from a generation where they had normal delivery and know the care and diet of a normal delivery.

Whereas if by chance one has a c -section you will find yourself all alone there not knowing what to do ,what to eat , How to feed after c-sec ...and this results in feeling Lonley.
I have seen ladies who are soo stubborn about having a normal delivery that they sometimes risk with the health of their baby despite knowing the risks involved .....and there are these women also when you ask what are the benifits of normal delivery ?

They are like "ptani bas normal delivery achi hoti hai" (no matter the risks involved in some cases )
Just like many other new mom's I cried my heart out when doctor said to me that i have only 30 percent chance of normal delivery that to with risks involved because of the baby's weight and my weakness level due to covid.

I cried because I thought I failed as a mother already ....I cried because i thought why is it happening to me? .....why me ?

I made my husband ran from one maternity clinic to other for second opinion s but in vain .
Anyhow I gave my nod for c section and after struggle of 4 Inital days now Whenever I see my baby smiling while feeding him or attending to his needs like a normal new mom; .I laugh at myself for crying and thinking less of myself as a mother because I was going to have c section.
I am not promoting c -section delivery I am just saying it's okay to deliver your baby differently .....c- section or normal delivery mother as long as you thought about your lil ones saftey you are a good mother be proud of yourself .
