#YesICan Celebrate the small yet critical successes. It's so important to give yourself a pat on the back. After so much of thought... work... frustration... finally my weighing scale showed some mercy!! Down by 2 kgs ....step by step to a healthy me!
I didn't lose focus. I didn't touch the weighing machine in between and I enjoyed my exercise.

I lost 5 kgs this month , by just replacing my heavy breakfast plate with a bowl of fresh fruits and an evening walk for 20 Mts

I gained 2 kgs in two weeks. Thanks to the two cups of chai with generous servings of sugar in it by our over generous tapri ki chai wala
