Yesterday I had a severe headache....took a few head massages from my house help, had half a cup of white tea, applied nasivion ( prescribed by my gynaec) and even applied Navaratna oil. Nothing worked!! After much discomfort last night, today morning was much better. However, a few minutes back my nose started bleeding.... I had a similar nosebleed during my 4th month And had visited my gynaec. My pressure was normal then so he simply prescribed nasivion and asked me to take rest. Yesterday also I had checked my pressure but it was normal. Can the reason behind today's nosebleed be the headache which I had yesterday? What should I do now?

Dear I had nose bleeding during my pregnancy starting 5 months.. I had a migraine problem and thyroid too and my bp was bit high..see it can be just due to bp but as prior to bleeding headache was there so better to once check with the doctor.... precautions which I took were first I stopped having things that had a garam taseer..next I had tried to keep bp in control by avoiding salt in diet at least in few meals and also by consuming buttermilk which helped me..also regularly my BP was checked...try to be stress free..and also this time ask the doctor for reasons and remedies..

Hi<br>
Blood;vessels in your;nose expand, and yourincreased;bloodsupply puts more pressure on it during pregnancy. Nothing to worry, if it's too much meet your gynecologist
