Yesterday i was gng for check up after 8 week doc check the heart beat of child.. But their is no heart beat doc said sorry is rly it is serious but i hav no symtom like miscarriage.. But i am feeling ok health wise no issues n all..

At times heartbeat isn’t audible, wait for some more time. Has ur doc seen the yolk sac?
