Good Question dear.....Even during in my pregnancy I got 73 kg weight that time because I loved to eat sweets .....I had a cesarean delivery then I lost my passion to wait losse ...then M inspired with all baby chakra mommy's then try to start loose my weight .My work out only 10 time stairs up - down in my home or Work at home....all I losse my weight 7-8 kg...as m exclusive breastfeeding mother so m not try to skip my diet....

ive never 'exercised' post pregnancy as i lost all my weight by itself, except some on tummy. the first pregnancy, i think full body massages helped me.<br>

I always always prefer a nice long walk and light yoga. that is the only thing that I can do consistently. everything else I lose interest and eventually stop
