First wash then soak sabudaana , one katori, for one hour , touch them if they r still hard , sprinkle some water keep aside,<br>
Roasted ground nut one;; katori, grind it.<br>
Boiled aloo medium size two, cut them ,<br>
Green chillies two , cut them,<br>
Coriander leaves , cut them.<br>
Salt ,sugar , half lemon,<br>
Ghee/oil, cumin seeds one small spoon.<br>
Half spoon red chilli powder.<br>
Heat pan , pour oil , then cumin seed , after that green chilli , potatoes, redchilli powder, then sabudaana , ground nut powder, salt, sugar, lemon juice, mix well them on medium flame. <br>
All mix well .then stop flame n sprinkle coriander leaves n serve with curd <br>
