You will always have 1000 reasons for not doing it but just 1 to do it .. Because you Love Yourself!!
.
.
I was never lean and had this tendency of gaining weight rapidly .. Still i tried my best to Stay fit through regular workouts and healthy diet..
.
.
During my Pregnancy I was so sure that I am going to gain hell lot of weight no matter what am I gonna eat.. And i did gain 18 kgs post delivery.. .
.
.
Though I had a C-sec my gynac said if you are feeling comfortable after 2.5 months of delivery , you can start working out and exactly after 75 days of my delivery i started with mild workout and diet.. I wont lie it was really painful and tiring in the beginning but soon my body adapted it.. I couldnt leave Baby K to go out for workout so i brought gym to my home..
.
.
Though i have lost only 7-8 kgs after 6 months of workout due to my tendency and some breaks in between.. But I am working harder with every passing day
.
.
I know am not there yet!! But I am definitely closer to where I want to be !! I owe that much to my myself..
.
Are you doing it right?? Do You love yourself enough to take these pains??? .

Hi Deepu, you might want to strengthen your legs to help with your pain. Continue taking your supplements and do these exercises daily. Hold the back of the chair and raise your toes slowly. These calf raises will make your calf muscles stronger. Do 3 reps of 10 each 2 to 3 times a day. Next sit on the edge of the chair with your back straight and raise your legs gently. Do 3 reps of 10 each 2 to 3 times a day. This will strengthen your quadriceps and your knee joint. As you get stronger start doing wall chair squats. Start with 10 seconds and gradually increase as you get more and more comfortable. With time your legs will get stronger. Walking though easy is also a high impact exercise and can put pressure on our joints if they are weak. Tc :)

Keep it going Anisha! It's so important to not ignore ourselves in the middle of taking care of our little ones. With regular workout I am sure you will be able to achieve your goals :) Tc!
