I have a
1 year old baby
During and after delivery a woman's body changes so much. First of all concentrate on keeping your little one healthy and strong. When your gynac suggests that you are fit to take up exercises start with light ones like walking. Eat a balanced diet all the time. You will lose weight if you put your mind to it. You can get back to how you were before in less than 3 months by joining a systemized workout classes. But right now enjoy the time with your baby. :)
hey please go easy on yourself. You just delivered a BABY! You can and will become fit. We all are with you. The key is a healthy diet, exercise and motivation from friends like us.
