Q:

how do I help soothe my baby from vaccination pain? the pediatrician has given him paracetamol 0.4ml to be given every 6 hours. it hardly helps. please help me.

u can put ice pack on the area... it helps.. the pain will go in 1 day. when my baby was vaccinated her pain subsided by evening same day

Breast feed your baby frequently as it can cause a natural feeling of analgesia. Additionally ice pack or local application of Vicks can also help.

Try to Breastfeed d baby as much as possible... Also I have been recommended by my pediac to place ice pack rapped in a cloth on d place where d baby has got d vaccination... To avoid any swelling...

in winter ice pack can be used???

Use ice pack in a cloth thrice a day. pain will go the same day.
