Just be happy and healthy. Dont exhaust urself. Eat healthy. Sleep enough. Take fresh air daily. Do things that interests u. Meet fnds and family. East balanced food. Take precautions.

Take at least 2hours sleep during day or 8hours during night.. take rest after every feed for 10-15 mints ..stay happy eat healthy and enjoy ur pregnancy dear. .
