You can have all the vegetables in moderation. If you are a non vegetarian then avoid fishes which are high in mercury.

avoid raw papaya. U can have everything that's healthy. Avoid junk foods, spicy food, processed food, sweetened drinks, deep fried and all. Just eat healthy and nutritious.
