Q:

I have suggested to completely avoid wheat and milk products as found with its allergy in digestion. It causes total swelling of my upper abdomen n then sometimes pain due to heaviness. So I want to know avoiding intake of these will it lead to any deficiencies in my pregnancy??? Rather than wheat I daily eat Jowar. And yes can anyone suggest me alternatives.

No problem if you don't eat wheat... you can opt for oats, ragi,few Millets if you are fine with it. Include rice if not allergic to it

Yes mam. I do include more rice, but not good with millet. Ragi and oats yet not tried but will try once.👍
